The Pharmacy Employee Relief Fund was established to provide and facilitate charitable giving to aid pharmacy team members during a time they are going above and beyond for us.

If you are a pharmacy employee experiencing hardship due to COVID-19, apply for a one-time grant of $500 to be provided as soon as possible. The Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) will review each submission according to eligibility criteria.
The Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. will manage all fund activities, and when needed assist applicants with their grant applications. Parata will not have any insight into the grant process unless a grant recipient chooses to share his or her story.
